摘要:
目的 探讨层粘连蛋白(LN)及其受体整合素β3(integrin-β3)在子宫腺肌病内膜-肌层界面(EMI)的表达及意义.方法 收集2015年7月至2016年6月在我院因子宫腺肌病行全子宫切除的患者共40例为病例组,因CIN Ⅲ行全子宫切除的患者20例为对照组,应用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术检测两组EMI组织中LN和integrin-β3蛋白的表达,同时检测病例组子宫腺肌病病灶( adenomyosis lesion,AL)组织中LN和integrin-β3蛋白的表达.结果 LN 和 integrin-β3在病例组 EMI 组织中的表达为( 8. 22 ± 2.76)PU和(17.79±5.11)PU,LN在病例组EMI组织中的表达明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而integrin-β3的表达与对照组比较差异无统计学意义. LN和integrin-β3在病例组AL组织中的表达为(5.12±0.88) PU和(13.58±4.08)PU,两者均明显低于病例组EMI组织中的表达(P<0.05). LN和integrin-β3在病例组EMI组织中的表达无明显相关性.结论 LN参与了子宫腺肌病的发病过程,而LN和integrin-β3还可能与子宫腺肌病病灶增大扩散有关,影响子宫腺肌病的病程发展.

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of laminin ( LN ) and its receptor integrin-β3in the endometrial-myometrial interface ( EMI) of adenomyosis. Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent hysterectomy for adenomyosis in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the case group, and 20 patients with hysterectomy due to CIN Ⅲ were the control group at the same time. Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to observe the expression of LN and intrigrin-β3in EMI, and the expression of LN and intrigrin-β3protein in the adenomyosis lesion ( AL) tissue were detected. Results The expression of LN and intrigrin-β3in EMI tissue of the case group was ( 8.22+2.76) PU and ( 17.79+5.11) PU. LN expression in EMI of the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05) , but the expression of intrigrin-β3was not different between two groups. The expression of LN and intrigrin-β3in AL tissues of the case group was ( 5.12+0.88) PU and ( 13.58+4.08) PU, both of which were significantly lower than that of the EMI tissues ( P<0.05) . There was no significant correlation between the expression of LN and intrigrin-β3in EMI tissues of the case group. Conclusion LN is involved in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis. LN and intrigrin-β3may also be related to the enlargement and proliferation of adenomyosis, which may be involved in the development of adenomyosis.
